The purpose of the English service is to glorify and exalt Jesus Christ in our singing, preaching, praying and response to Him. We believe that worship is about Him rather than about us. We have done well if we have rightly and passionately and intentionally done all we could to accomplish that. One result in doing so, is that we encounter and know Him more deeply; and our faith is strengthened, our hope, inspired, and our love, deepened. Both the individual and the community grow in God’s love.

Our English service is an intergenerational congregation of about 200, comprising a balance of both the young and old. The service is a mix of the contemporary and the contemplative, and the messages are Christ-centred to strengthen the faith and help members to live a full life. We warmly welcome all visitors to come be engaged and immersed in worship during the service itself, and to experience the hospitality of the church.
