Walking with God in evil times

The book of Habakkuk is a part of the Old Testament in the Bible.
Habakkuk, the prophet, wrote this book approximately between 612 and 589 B.C., just before the fall of Judah in the Southern Kingdom. During this time, the Babylonian empire was rising, and Judah faced challenges of wickedness and sin.

The book of Habakkuk portrays a frustrated prophet who channels his frustration into prayers and ultimately praises God. Unlike other Hebrew prophets, Habakkuk doesn’t directly accuse Israel or speak to the people on God’s behalf.
